Apart from regular health services, you also get mental health services, immunizations, and pediatric services at Iberia Comprehensive Community Health Center. No one will be denied access if you approach us.

Additional Health Services We Provide 

• Immunizations - Our health centers offer both adult and pediatric immunizations. Flu and pneumonia vaccines are available during the season. Immunizations are provided by center staff four days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday). The cost for these immunizations is similar to those paid to Parish Health Units.

Project BP

Did you know that as a patient of any of our clinics, if you have been diagnosed with hypertension, you are eligible to join our RPM/SMBP (Remote Patient Monitoring/Self-Monitoring Blood Pressure) Program?

This program follows the TARGET: BP SMBP Program Guidelines, which is a collaboration between The American Heart Association and The American Medical Association.

You could qualify to receive a Welch Allyn blood pressure cuff and receive education on how to monitor your B/P at home; as well as other educational experiences such as "Chat with a Dietician" (Every 3rd Monday of the month), and "Chat with a Pharmacist" (Every 2nd Monday of the month).
